The hotel is beautiful with well-appointed and neat rooms. The breakfast was hot and great with sausage, pre-made omelette, bacon, and sausage. The staff was very nice and offered wake-up calls and free ironing services.

We stayed at this hotel for a year to attend a nearby event. The location was perfect, just a mile from downtown. The staff, especially Pam Skaalerud, were genuinely friendly and helpful. The breakfast choices were good to great, and the items were restocked in a timely manner. We enjoyed the comfortable bed, spacious room, and the well-kept pool area with plenty of towels available.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was good hot and great, featured good choice of meals. The room was well-appointed and well furnished on window sill, besides it had wake-up service, just in case. The hotel's location was amazing, just next door to the river and the St Cloud area eateries and trains throughout the night. It also was located near downtown.

The value for money was great and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a quiet location and the staff treated us well.

My room was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The make your own waffle for breakfast was nice.

I stayed in a non smoking room but the hallway smelled of smoke from the other rooms on the floor that were for smokers. Some of the breakfast choices were less then desirable. The omelette and the french toast were choices I would have rather not had. They were cold and/ or tough.

would have loved yogurt with my breakfast! When we were sitting out side waiting for the cab we, as non smokers, found it very hard to sit next to the ash trays. The porch was large. Could one side be a "smoking side" and the other non? It would have been much more enjoyable.

This hotel really exceeded our expectations! The room was incredibly clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and extra blankets provided. The attention to detail was impressive, with great lighting and even electric blackout shades. We also appreciated the complimentary bottled water in the lobby and the well-stocked breakfast that was both hot and delicious. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay perfect. And the location near downtown was convenient for exploring the area.

From the front desk to housekeeping, the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, especially Pam Skaalerud. The breakfast choices ranged from good to great, and with the exception of the fresh fruit, items were restocked in a timely manner so that what was supposed to be hot was. The shower head (at least in our room) hadn't been installed by pygmies, and there was plenty of water pressure. Others have disliked the location, but we found it convenient, and considering it's proximity to well traveled routes, very quiet.

As a coffee drinker I find the small coffee brewers offered by virtually all hotels to be as useless as teats on a bull. The fridge was cool, but not cold enough to properly chill some items when set to max cooling. The TV channel listing was woefully out of date, as the local cable company had obviously made more than a few changes. HBO was listed as available, but in our room it showed that it was not included in the subscription. Overall, not enough to keep us from enjoying our stay.
